Banish the Home Hoodoo

The Cup competitions weren't good to us last year, crashing out to both Burnley and Sheffield Utd (that hurt especially, because I got ribbed by Katie's dad for ages after). Now, its the battle of claret and blue as we face Burnley tonight at villa park. Although we have been hit hard with injuries, I am confident of a victory. Especially after our weekend defeat to Wigan, I see that as a grounding result after our long overdue victory against the blues. We should now go out, play our own game, and win (2-1 i think).

I'm going tonight, for only my second game of the season (Ticket prices are too high to afford more), and Rich F, Rich J and Rod are coming along too. Probably going to stick a bet on too. Win 2-1 or Phillips first scorer or Both. Pound on each, always put a £3 bet on, though i've found that Ridgewell first scorer to be quite good value, as he is always the target for corners.
