Abandon Ship, Abandon Ship!!!

The cry can be heard from miles around, but its just O'Leary throwing his voice again. It seems that he is trying to engineer his own villa park exodus as some of Villa's star players are want to do the same. See the following list.

• Mark Delaney - Off to Blackburn if the rumours are true
• Ulises De La Cruz - Also off on his travels after a good world cup. I personally thought he was rubbish defensively, and couldn't even mark paper.
• Olof Mellberg - Rumoured to be going back to spain to a newly promoted La Liga side.
• Steven Davis - Man Utd target.
• Gareth Barry - Spurs and Newcastle target.
• Milan Baros - Had a good season (if you look at starts to goals ratio), but not happy in the midlands.
• Luke Moore - Annoyed at lack of first team options at the end of season (apparently) and considering future. (Not sure I believe this one).
• David O'Leary - Looking to bail out with the £1.5m severance fee in his pocket.

I say, cheerio to De La Cruz, Baros (as we already have enough strikers) and O'Leary.
